Mind, Body and Spirit
Whatever Martial Art you follow be sure to train hard in it, research it and above all enjoy it.
When someone doe’s something nice for another person, be it through friendship or a gift, it’s often difficult to accept it. But the truth of the matter is it actually proves that there are nice, genuine and caring people out there. How lucky I am.
Live long and prosper.
Looks can be very deceiving, get to know the person first before you judge them.
Put your heart and soul into every training session.
If your thrown down seven times, get up eight times.
What a shame that a few people take delight in bad mouthing others, remember if you have nothing nice to say then don’t say anything. There’s far to much bad energy about so don’t add more to it. Be nice, respectful, help others and let’s push forward the positive energy.
Look for the good in a person, not the bad.
Before you judge some else take the the time to judge yourself. You might be surprised.
Never judge a book by it’s cover.
Jealously from others is indeed a very fine compliment.
May I say a big thank you to everyone that I have had the pleasure to meet and train over the many years that I have been involved in the wonderful World of the Martial Arts. You have all enhanced my life and added to my own exciting and very interesting path/way. Thank you.
A journey of a thousand miles starts with a very small first step.
The study of the Martial Arts goes far beyond just learning to block, kick and punch. Once you have found your true path and calling a whole new world opens up to you and so long as you have an open mind and are prepared to train hard, research and listen to those around you then your life will be enhanced. Which ever path that you follow do have an open mind and remember that there are many paths to the top of the mountain, some hard, some easy, some short and some long, enjoy your own journey. I know that I am enjoying mine and always will.
What a great pleasure it is to work with so many like minded Martial Artists whose main goal is to work hard, learn and progress on their own very personal paths and goal setting. Unfortunately there is too much back stabbing and bad mouthing going on and this is done by a small minority of people who have’nt found their own true path to follow. Be true to yourself, don’t listen to negativity, always rise above it and remember enjoy your own journey.
It is better to set yourself and achieve a small goal then to set yourself too big a goal that you will never achieve.
Past is the past, people come and people go, live in the present and enjoy it.
There are many paths to the top of the mountain, which ever path you are on enjoy the journey and all of it’s experiences.
There is nothing more exciting and exhilarating than training in a Martial Arts class full of like minded people.
If you have no respect for yourself or others then you will never achieve your goals and ambitions and you will have very little to offer.

A winner never quits and a quitter never wins.
Train hard - fight hard - enjoy it.
Live life to the full and fill it with as much as you can.
